At INNOVARE LOGYC, we help our clients transform their health and well-being through personalised nutritional plans and tailored training programmes.
All services are developed by duly qualified professionals (including nutritionists registered with their professional body and certified personal trainers), ensuring professional, responsible and results-oriented support.

In our TigoFitness by INNOVARE LOGYC application, you receive your plans, track your progress and communicate with the professionals who support you.
The app is available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Huawei AppGallery, and is compatible with iOS devices (version 13 or higher) and Android devices (version 8 or higher).
Use of the app and services
Use of the TigoFitness app and any associated service is subject to these terms.
By subscribing to the Service, the client declares that they are contracting the provision of services supplied by INNOVARE LOGYC, LDA online, through the TigoFitness by Innovare Logyc app, namely:

By using our services, the client declares that:
Contract purpose and right of cancellation
Distance contract and digital service
The client acknowledges that the contract is concluded at a distance and that the services are provided exclusively remotely through the TigoFitness by Innovare Logyc app.
The app is the exclusive digital platform for providing plans and communicating with Innovare Logyc professionals, and the client may be contacted by telephone for analysis of initial plans and clarification of doubts.
Immediate start of service:
By subscribing to the Innovare Logyc Services, the client expressly requests and authorises the immediate start of service provision.
Technical execution begins when INNOVARE LOGYC receives the data and starts analysing and designing the personalised plans.
Right of cancellation (14 days)
The client has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days after subscription, without having to give any reason, in accordance with consumer protection rules applicable in the United Kingdom for distance contracts.
Cancellation within the 14-day period (proportional payment). If the client exercises the right of cancellation within the 14-day period, after having requested the immediate start of service provision, the subscription will be cancelled.
However, the client acknowledges that payment will be due for the proportion of services already provided up to the date of cancellation, which includes:
The amount corresponding to this initial phase may reach a maximum of £150, proportional to the work effectively carried out.
Ongoing service (subscription).
After the initial plans are made available, the service may include continuous support through the app. In this case:
Subscription payments and billing
Services are paid in advance.
Payment for the contracted services is made by direct debit from a bank card, which may be intermediated by a payment service provider, for which the client gives their consent.
VAT at the applicable legal rate will be added to the agreed price for the provision or sale of training and nutrition plans, where due.
Subscription cancellation
The client may cancel their active subscription at any time through the TigoFitness by Innovare app.
Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
The client may cancel at any time up to 2 days before the end of the paid period, through the app, with effect at the end of the already paid period.
Any price changes will apply only to subsequent renewal periods.
Cancellation is simple and can be carried out directly in the app, without the need for additional contact.
Service availability
We make every effort to ensure the best possible functioning of the TigoFitness app, but continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed, given external dependencies such as network, client device or technical factors beyond our control.
Liability
Innovare Logyc is not responsible for specific results (e.g. weight loss) nor for improper use of the plans. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law, including negligence resulting in personal injury.
Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and applicable legislation.
Data such as weight and height are processed as health data solely for the purpose of personalising fitness and nutrition plans, based on the client’s explicit consent provided in the TigoFitness by Innovare app.
INNOVARE LOGYC, LDA is the entity responsible for data processing (Data Controller).
Detailed information on data subject rights, retention periods and international transfers is available in the Privacy Policy, accessible in the app and on the website.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights in the United Kingdom or Ireland, which always prevail.
Without prejudice to the mandatory rights of the consumer in their country of residence (United Kingdom or Ireland), the parties agree to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in accordance with applicable legislation.
